Q: Why does it cost more for a condominium sale? A: The law office must obtain an estoppel certificate from the condo management company. These companies charge varying rates for preparing the certificate. The above total cost estimates are based on a $200.00 estoppel cost. Your management company may charge more or less than this amount, and your legal costs will vary accordingly.
